Offering both In-Person and Telehealth Services Emotions are our rudder leading us through the seas of life, both stormy and calm. They are not something to be afraid of, ashamed of, or to run away from. When connected with and channeled in a healthy way, emotions are adaptive and effective guides for transformation and healing. We can sink or we can use the healing power of emotions to authentically navigate through our life journey. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you have past experience, whether you're looking for yourself or for couple's support - your needs, pain and joys deserve to be heard in an empathic, accepting and safe setting. I work with individuals and couples on a variety of personal growth, mental, emotional and behavioral challenges including anxiety and fear; depression, sadness and grief; shame, self-worth and self-criticism; anger and irritability; as well as relationship, career and spiritual issues. We will work together to set collaborative, transformational goals. You allow me, as your counselor, a privileged glimpse into your heart and thoughts. And I take that very seriously. I am here to listen intently and understand what you're feeling. I will bring warmth, empathy and even some humor into our work together. Because this is serious work, but getting to know yourself should be fun as well.
